Does the App show ALL available shifts?Our teams are still busy booking you shifts the moment they become available. The shifts you see on the App are those that did not match your original availability/preferences. The Browse shifts section has been created to give you full transparency on the shifts available to let you have more control over any additional shifts you would like to work.

Do you need the App to work with Day Webster?Whilst the App is not mandatory to work with Day Webster, we would always reccomend our staff download it, simply to have full access and capability. It gives your the ability to take full control of your agency career and manage things like availablity and timesheets on the go!

How easy is it to download the App?It could not be easier! Simply select how you would like to download the app here, and follow the quick step by step guide. You'll be browsing and requesting shifts in a matter of minutes!

How do I message a specific team member through the App?We have you covered! When you send a message via the messaging feature our App works it's magic and directs your message to your team member. You simply just need to tell us whether you want to send the message to your Bookings or Compliance team member.
